We work closely with ACC to ensure our health and safety policies, procedures and practices are fully compliant at all times. If you have specific security requirements, we’ll make certain our contractors meet them.

Our call centre is staffed around the clock, so that your emergencies quickly become our top priority. Our operators will take details of your requirements and notify the nearest or most-qualified service provider, including agreed maintenance and non-urgent tasks outside of your maintenance schedule.
Controlling costs
All jobs are issued with a budget and we monitor the charges that come through from the approved contractors. We ensure that any unreasonable charges are questioned and controlled.
Reporting
Comprehensive reporting is a valuable part of our service and can be customised to your requirements, such as how quickly we are responding to requests, how long our contractors are taking to perform tasks, frequency of visits to each site, trends in the type of faults being phoned in and our performance against agreed KPIs.
