Vetted and approved contractors
NFM’s approved contractor personnel are all qualified, NZ-registered trades people who regularly receive external and internal training in health and safety, testing, trade-related technology and customer service protocols. All our personnel are identifiable by a NFM ID.
Scheduled preventative maintenance
Working with your people, we’ll establish a preventative maintenance programme that reduces the risk of downtime. All requirements are entered into our system, so that contractors can be allocated to tasks in plenty of time. We take full control of maintaining, arranging completing and reporting on all jobs.
Compliant health and safety
Each sub-contractor has their own Health and Safety policies which are audited annually. If you have specific security requirements, we’ll meet them.
Efficient 24/7 call centre
Our call centre is there to take your call 24/7 to cover emergencies and any other other after hours needs you may have. Our systems ensure that all calls are logged, tracked and updated so you are always able to be kept informed on progress. We always confirm to you when a job is completed.
Controlling costs
All jobs are issued with a budget and we monitor the charges that come through from the approved contractors, to ensure there are no unreasonable charges.
